We are currently looking for Landside Systems Operations - 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

**What you'll do**:
Based outside on our Car Park Forecourts, you'll be the first point of contract for car park queries from Perth Airport Customers, and ensuring the systems run smoothly and efficiently while escalating any issues as appropriate. Customer Focus will be at the heart of everything you do.

Practically you'll be you be using the car park management, and IPICS systems, enabling exit and entry, as well as monitoring our CCTV, and assist with repairs to pay stations and answering ad hoc queries from the public. You'll be working with our ACC team and our Customer Service teams as needed ensuring a quality service to all Car Park users.

**About you**:
We need you to have significant Customer Service experience and have a can do attitude. You are motivated to solve problems with the minimum fuss ensuring win/win outcomes. You have an action orientated approach and you ensure the right people are informed at the right time.
