Bay One Care Services is currently seeking client focused support workers to join our growing team.

We understand the challenges of at home care, as such the pay rate we offer is $30.61 - $40.26 with

11% superannuation on top. We also cover the cost with the km’s travelled between shifts and any

transportation on shift.

We’re looking for those special few who genuinely want to engage with and contribute to our client’s

independence and wellbeing.

**A little about us.**

Founded in 2019, a group of healthcare professionals gathered and formed the company with a vision

of establishing support, activities and provide quality service that would enable individuals to choose

and cultivate their potentials. The team believes that individuals should have the choice and control of

their lives. During the first group engagement, they have decided to come up with a company name

that would give them a distinct feature. Their logo was designed to symbolise the ability to stay

grounded even in moments of disturbances and chaos, patience, understanding, emotional strength,

determination, and persistence.

The company was built by a passionate and dynamic team with a mission to bring positive

engagement to the participants and service users. The team conceptualised activities that aim to

inspire people with disabilities, the elderly and others to live, travel, learn and create friendships

outside their family circle.

Bay Once Care Services intends to provide several services under the NDIS registration group that

would provide the participants choice of activities they would love to engage in as well as a high

standard of personal service performed by excellent and qualified employees of the company.

**What you need**
- Diploma in Community Services.
- Driver’s licence.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Australian Criminal History Check

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate client needs and design tailored support programs. Assess community resources

to inform program planning.
- Interview clients to understand their challenges. Assess difficulties faced for effective

support planning.
- Evaluating the community's demands and available resources pertaining to health, social

services, housing, employment, training, and other amenities
- Track client progress and report to stakeholders for ongoing improvement.
- Refer clients to external assistance and guide them in accessing community resources.
- Collaborate with local groups to address community issues and promote resource

awareness.
- Provide care for families and individuals in various settings, ensuring access to needed

services.
- Assist people with social, emotional, and financial issues.
- Prepare funding proposals and reports for accountability and program sustainability.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (preferred)
