**About the role**:
Join UCC Australia as a Part-Time Administrator at our Preston site This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. Working 20 hours per week across 4 days (potential for flex) you will provide essential administrative support to the logistics, production, and warehouse teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing purchase orders for logistics, production, and maintenance.
- Invoice management - cross-referencing and approving payments.
- Stock transfers & site supply coordination (e.g., office supplies, milk orders).
- Logistics administration - supporting supply chain processes.
- Liaising with stakeholders across teams, suppliers, and service providers.

**About you**:
You are an organised and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. With a proactive mindset, you can manage multiple priorities efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Your communication skills allow you to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other administrative tools, you can quickly adapt to new systems and processes. You enjoy being a reliable support function within a business, taking initiative and staying adaptable as priorities shift. Ideally, you have experience in administration. Above all, you are approachable, dependable, and a true team player who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive workplace.
