The Planner and Scheduler is responsible for the development of project schedules, the provision of high-level schedule advice and for the monitoring of progress of various Projects within Major Roads Projects Victoria. Working with the project controls team, the Scheduler ensures completeness, accuracy and clarity of schedules, the identification of critical works, and the timely communication of program status and any delays and issues arising, along with mitigation strategies.

And with this growing portfolio of projects, it is imperative that we provide high level program advice for monitoring our programs
- ensuring completeness, accuracy and clarity, and timely communication of program status and any delays/issues arising. And that's where this role comes in

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Creating and co-ordinating the MRPV portfolio schedule reporting in Power BI
- Maintaining MRPV schedule templates.
- Support the MRPV Planning and Scheduling Manger in the administration of Primavera
- Assisting scheduling team members with the review and monitoring of Contractors' delivery programs during project delivery
- Assisting scheduling team members with periodic program reviews and health checks of Contractors' delivery programs during project delivery

Naturally, we are looking for a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics, as well as creating PowerBI reports. You will have a proven track record in the development of project schedules, the provision of detailed schedule advice, and the monitoring of progress of various Projects.

You will actively work with the project team, to ensure completeness, accuracy and clarity of schedules, the identification of critical works and the timely communication of program status and any delays and issues arising, along with mitigation strategies.

Note: This is a 0.6 week Part Time position.
