Omni-Care provides in home care support to clients who are elderly or have a disability. We are focused on providing client centred care delivered by support workers who are compassionate, supportive and committed.

When you work in home care, you assist multiple clients at their homes each day and get **more time** with each client which allows you to build **stronger bonds** and helps them to **achieve their outcomes**

**Duties**
- Personal Care
- House Cleaning
- Shopping
- Appointment
- Respite
- Meal Preparation
- Reporting changes in clients’ conditions & escalating concerns

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum** of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Bachelor of Nursing
- Current Victorian Driver’s License & **own reliable car**:

- Police check or NDIS worker screening check
- A genuine commitment & passion for client wellbeing & outcomes

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
