**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
As a Client Operations Representative within the Vendor Management team you will support the daily operations of the Wealth and Capital Markets (W&CM) outsourced registry vendor.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring registry vendor delivers excellence in administration and customer service to the W&CMs clients and advisers specifically through monitoring of services performed by the registry vendor
- Managing escalated issues from registry including complaint and incident management support
- Proactively managing communication between the vendor and internal stakeholders
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders
- Consistently demonstrating the Australian Unity values and way of being

**About You**:

- A minimum two years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry
- Some understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Some organisational and time management skills
