**About the role**

We are looking for a Project Manager who has a strong knowledge of the transport industry to monitor our operations and build processes that meet our business needs. This person will need to ensure there is a seamless transition from the commercial to the operations team including COR compliance, project cost analysis, ensuring carrier capacity to start work on due date including ready to go live with our app and platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into strategic plans & execution.
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Project / Implementation Manager in the transport industry.
- Good knowledge of operations management, background in sales and customer service is a plus.
- Experience with forecasting models and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Sharp business acumen.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
