**About the role at Ofload**

The Operations Integration Manager is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the seamless on-boarding of new customers and effectively managing the transition process. As an Operations Integration Manager, you will be the gatekeeper in protecting the customer experience. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' transport needs are met and that they experience a smooth and efficient transition into our operations as well as any initiatives that will be rolled out to the operations team internally.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
