The Learning Nook Early Education and Child Care
is seeking 2 x passionate and dedicated Lead Educators to join our team. Our centre is committed to fostering social and emotional development while enriching children's learning experiences.

Essential Requirements

  • LEAD EDUCATORS - Diploma Qualified.
  • Experience in an early childhood education setting is highly valued, as it helps us build a strong foundation for our program.
  • We encourage candidates who can inspire, motivate, and foster a positive learning environment for children, their families, and colleagues.
  • Strong skills and a proactive approach are essential for contributing effectively to our team.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) will enhance your ability to implement best practices.
  • A solid understanding of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements is important for maintaining compliance and creating a safe environment.
  • Awareness of the cultural needs of families is crucial for promoting inclusivity and respect within our community.
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in our care.
  • You will need a current Working With Children Check to be part of our team.
  • Lastly, embracing a mature and positive attitude when working in a team environment will greatly contribute to our success and harmony.
