**Purpose of your role**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Implementing new content, templates and platform configurations
- Plan and build new blocks, pages and templates, and add new reusable assets.
- Act as the Wordpress SME to contribute to discussions around platform configurations, building menus, available content and assets etc.
- Build content in line with guidance from brand, legal and compliance teams.
- Consider and build new content through the context of the website as a whole.
- Focus on implementation that is scalable and automated where possible.
- New content may include pages, FAQs, blog articles, investor information, legal and regulatory information, A/B tests.
- Update existing content and platform configurations:

- Update existing content in line with business requirements.
- Implement updated content following guidance from regional, brand, legal and compliance teams.
- Consider and update content through the context of the website as a whole
- Continuously strive to improve the production process efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring content is updated accurately as per briefs and also in a way that is automated and scalable where possible.
- Be the primary website administrator:

- Manage and maintain web assets like reusable blocks, images, videos, audio, documents etc.
- Train new staff on using the platform, it’s capabilities and the guidelines for using it
- Create and maintain documentation in Confluence of custom platform built features and website processes.
- Working with our technology team to provide feedback on the platform.
- Provide ideas and feedback to the tech team, to help improve the platform's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively help with bugs and feature update or improvement by using your expertise to provide context.
- Take part in QA and UAT process when required.

**What you bring**
- Ability to conceptualise, plan, and execute web content management in alignment with the web strategy.
- Expertise in WordPress, encompassing in-depth knowledge of configurations, features, and customisations.
- Blend of sharp marketing acumen and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and preferably JS, enhancing web development capabilities. Desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with various digital systems, platforms, and CMS'.
- A natural problem-solving disposition, embodying a Mrs./Mr. Fix-It mentality, eager to tackle challenges and devise solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, crucial for building and maintaining our digital storefront.
- Results-oriented approach coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player mentality, fostering collaboration and camaraderie within the team.

**Qualifications**
- College Degree or equivalent in a related field (Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development)

**What you bring**
- Knowledge, skills, experience_
- Essential:

- 5+ years total web producer experience
- Expert knowledge in web content management and previous experience in providing content support on a high volume, large scale website.
- Expert level knowledge of Wordpress.
- Working knowledge and experience with Google Marketing Suite (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS. Desirable, but not essential.
- Experience running A/B tests, and growth experiments. Desirable, but not essential
- Strong knowledge of web content management and previous experience in providing content support to a high volume of stakeholders
- Preferred:

- Skills and experience with Spreadsheets
- Experience with Wordpress development, including HTML, CSS, JS, PHP
