**About the Role**:
Reporting to the NSW Trades and Services Manager, you will join and team of 2 measurers who will provide ongoing training and support. You’ll also be supported by a great local team of experienced carpenters and backed by a national team of long-term technical staircase designers. In this role your typical day will be on-the-road providing technical advice and on-site measures for our stair case range for new residential builds across Sydney and surrounds. Each week you will also spend one to two days in the office in Arndell Park, connecting with our local team.
This is a full-time role with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain your work schedule independently.
Manage and resolve customer needs.
Coordinate accurate final measures of stairs
Quality inspections
Data entry on measures and installations completed (Netsuite)
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Production, Finance, Sales, IT and HR).

Most important to us is your ability to build relationships, develop a detailed knowledge of our product and service range, and conduct accurate site measures, in addition to displaying a high level of attention to detail and a can-do attitude. Qualifications and experience as a carpenter, cabinet maker or joiner.
Relevant skills or experience to design and measure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence and professionalism to liaise with our customers (residential builders)
Ability to interpret building floor plans and specifications
Great problem solving and organising skills
Experience using computers
A current drivers licence
