Domo Collections is heading towards its fourth decade, DOMO remains Australia’s exclusive stockiest of prestigious and sought-after European and global furniture brands.

We have an exciting opportunity for fast-growing company specializing in Designer furniture and homewares to join our Alexandria team as a Casual Sales Assistant.

This role will provide above and beyond customer service, work collaboratively in a team and support each other to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve showroom sales budgets that is seamless, efficient, profitable each month.
- Consistently grow the client data base by capturing the contact details of all potential new customers who either enter or make contact with the showroom
- Action web enquiries on a daily basis
- Enter weekly results into spreadsheet
- Attend client deliveries for clients who spend $10,000 plus at Domo Collections
- Delivering Domo’s exceptional customer experience every time with a warm, professional approach, follow up phone calls and maintaining a visually sparkling showroom
- Maintain showroom standards including the cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Providing high level sales support and assisting with customer enquiries to drive sales and satisfy customer farming requirements
- Point of sale (POS) general daily transactions
- General Administrative tasks including invoicing, scanning, data entry
- Store setup and merchandising, including stocktaking and ordering of products
- Some lifting may be required

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role
- Extensive sales experience within a high-end retail environment
- High level of customer service skills
- Proven success in managing client relationships
- A strong knowledge of furniture and design
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Good Tech/ Systems knowledge
