Position: Showroom Consultant

Location: Sydney Valley Showroom, Casa Blanco

Casa Blanco, a rapidly expanding luxury furniture brand, is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Showroom Consultant in our Sydney showroom. Our brand is renowned for its dynamic growth, high-quality luxury furniture, and a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with, assist, and advise clients and designers visiting the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience reflective of the Casa Blanco brand.
- Support daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising and maintaining an inspiring environment for clients and team members alike.
- Generate invoices and process in-store orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to a positive, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated interest in design, furniture, and interiors, with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Proven customer service experience, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Design experience is preferred, showcasing an understanding of design principles and trends in luxury furniture and interiors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day, is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
