ABOUT THE ROLE
As a change leader across Australian Cricket, this role is responsible for designing brilliant development and change experiences that help us to drive sustainable participation and people development.
The role provides system leadership and hands-on support for how we drive sustainable change, communications, and engagement across strategic programs.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for people and wants to make an impact that matters. If you consider yourself to be someone who loves people development, change and comms then we would love to hear from you.
This is truly a unique role, where you will have the opportunity to have an impact on both our Australian Cricket workforce and our community volunteers. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.
Reporting to the Head of Capability, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing oversight and change expertise to drive the effective implementation of community cricket’s strategic priorities.
- Working with Community Cricket and Capability leads to develop and manage a centralised communication plan across the CC&C department for key stakeholder groups (AC Community Workforce, Participants, Coaches, Umpires, Volunteers).
- Partnering with key stakeholders across Australian Cricket, and People and Culture to create brilliant development experiences for our team member.
- Leading key portfolios including our People Development Plan, Leadership Development and Community Cricket workforce development initiatives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Adult Education or HR related discipline in preferrable
- You are a dynamic change leader with proven experience; you’re willing to challenge the status quo.
- You have experience developing and delivering learning programs and / or talent development programs.
- You’re comfortable presenting to large audiences and collaborating across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
- Experience working in high performance sporting environments.
There is a preference for the role to be based in Melbourne, however other locations may be considered.
