Due to huge demand and uplift in the Manufacturing side of this business, I am pleased to be working with my client based in Craigeburn, VIC and as such, am leading the search for **Full-time Mechanical Supervisor.**

**Your Role**

Trade qualified, a strong leader and with previous manufacturing mechanical maintenance experience you will lead a team assisting with breakdowns as well as preventative maintenance strategies.

Duties will include:

- Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
- Contribute towards the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
- Ability in identifying the Root Cause of equipment failures.
- Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions
- Partake in capital and improvement projects.
- Able to identify improvement opportunities.
- Follow WHS directives.

**Benefits**:
**-**$50.00-$55.00 per hour (shift dependant) + superannuation + big overtime
- Base hours Monday-Friday 6am-4pm
- Full-time position; paid annual and personal sick leave entitlements.

**To Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Process Engineering, or a Qualified Fitter and Turner.
- A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results.
- High level knowledge & commitment to WHS and risk management
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics training and experience beneficial.
- Forklift ticket advantageous.
- Reliable transport
