Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 230 people.

**Description**:
The full-time position of Supervisor is expected to provide leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: supervising & management of team and resources, Project programming, ensuring the safety of crew members, following WHS guidelines, planning & scheduling, employee relations, the productivity of crew members & quality control and administration. The Supervisor is the key interface in the relationships between the company, subcontractors, external stakeholders, and the client.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Minimum Requirements are**:

- Demonstrated experience in road and earthworks, with a preference for stabilisation experience;
- Current unrestricted Class C Australian Drivers Licence (HR licence is preferred);

- Ability to work unsupervised with experience managing people, projects and materials;
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and productive working relationships;
- Recognising, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between crew members;
- Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity;
- A commitment to and maintaining safe work practices;
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills along with a team-oriented outlook.
- Be available to travel anywhere throughout Victoria, and interstate, for reasonable periods of time as required.
