Key Responsibilities

• Perform all horticulture activities, including planting, formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
• Lawn care, including treating weeds, pests, and disease in small to large acre sized lawns.
• Garden refurbishment works with a solid understanding of soil preparation techniques.
• Machinery operations/experience beneficial i.e Excavator/Bobcat & MR License.
• Ensure the safe operation and transportation of vehicles, plant, and/or equipment, including performing routine checks.
• Meet timelines, deadlines, and routines in conjunction with our client's needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Manage waste disposal end ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.
