We're a remote organization and this role can be done from anywhere in Australia.

**Job Description**:
As a Product Owner at Reejig, you'll be responsible for driving the development and launch of our data products, from concept to release. You'll work closely with our engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers and delivering value.

You'll need to move quickly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. But you'll also need to be strategic and thoughtful in your approach to product development, with a keen eye for identifying and prioritizing the most important features and functionality.

Reejig is a remote organization so this role can be done anyhwere in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
- Translate product vision into a prioritized backlog of features and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a startup environment in a cross-functional team.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge/Experience of building data products or HR-related software is a plus
