**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers in-store
- Build a culture of family within the boutique
- Achieve sales and KPI targets by building a high-performing atmosphere.
- Mentor, coach and lead the Boutique Team by proactively being accountable for the boutique’s performance
- Effective roster management, while maximising floor coverage and productivity
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ensure the brand’s ethos and standards are adopted in the boutique and delivered during each customer interaction

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
