The Frankston North Education Plan (FNEP) aims to transform the area with long-term improved educational and community outcomes. It is a comprehensive plan for early years, primary and secondary education with a focus on improving student outcomes and ensuring readiness for transition through each stage of education be it primary, secondary, tertiary or alternative training pathways and options.
