- **What You’ll Be Doing**- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans- ** What You’ll Bring**- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
