**Upcoming Induction**:
Your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend this induction from **Monday 20th of October to Friday 24th of October**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

**What You’ll Bring**
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
