**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Compliance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Quality & Risk you will be collaborating with all parts of our business to help us achieve our risk and compliance program of work, ensuring compliance to legal, customer, and internal standards by overseeing risk management and bolstering the effectiveness of business processes. The primary focus lies in understanding stakeholder compliance needs, managing risk exposure, assessing improvement opportunities, and continuously evaluating process efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document compliance requirements, including legal, policy, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain our company compliance register.
- Implementation and effectiveness of risk controls.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of safety risk registers.
- Identifying business improvement opportunities
- Recording improvement opportunities identified through audits and incident investigations.
- Maintaining regular communication with capability/process owners and their teams.

**About you**:
You’ll bring to this role a passion for all things risks and compliance, and more importantly helping others to integrate compliance into their work. You’ll likely have experience in:

- Planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits.
- Identifying, documenting, investigating, and responding to incidents. It would be great if you had experience with (ICAM) Incident Investigation
- Safety risk procedures.
- Reporting and monitoring performance related to compliance, risk, and improvement activities.
- Communicating with a wide range of stakeholder.
- Working with ISO management systems, including document writing and process mapping
