This position will be a key contributor to the Zurich SME sales, service and underwriting team culture to achieve market leading broker experiences and profitable growth outlined in Financial Budgets.

You will provide a local presence in the WA market to engage with key brokers to deliver valued underwriting solutions. Drive a strong SME new business pipeline and collaborate with the WA distribution team to deliver a market-leading SME proposition.

**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- Multiple years experience within an SME, Commercial Motor environment with ANZIIF or Insurance Certifications desirable
- Experience in managing relationships with intermediaries and driving a profitable new business pipeline
- Highly developed insurance knowledge of underwriting Packages business, relevant Legislation and Regulations governing General Insurance
- Strong understanding of Broker networks (Steadfast, AIMS, etc) and systems (Winbeat, EGlobal, etc
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
