- Newly created role with a focus on Workers Compensation business

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Managing workflows (renewals, endorsement etc.) to ensure delivery of quality products and services
- Managing relationships across Workers’ compensation, with a focus on underwriting for SME businesses
- Anticipate and provide solutions to customers’ from the available information to design sustainable & tailored response to suit their needs.
- Ensure business offering is aligned with divisional objectives, portfolio balance and cycle Management strategies (growth & profit)
- Maximise retention of assigned accounts and ensure timely review of renewal business in conjunction with internal stakeholder requirements
- Keep abreast of market conditions and trends and provide feedback to stakeholders

**Important to your success**:

- Experience in commercial underwriting role in a general insurance organisation
- Understanding of relevant regulatory/ legislative compliance required in the Insurance space
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Detailed understanding of account and reinsurance structures
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a team environment
