Leading Australian retail group requires a permanent Master Data Manager for their North Shore based office.

**On a daily you will**:

- Develop & maintain strong positive relationships with the business stakeholders.
- Own, create, and implement procedures related to data standards with tactical guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
- Quality assurance of master data in key systems, with data differences spotted and qualified, to eliminate processing mistakes and downstream reporting.
- Provide training and education to the broader business on master data protocols.
- Drive best practice process improvements based on investigation and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for data quality improvements or enhancements through appropriate correction and process control to improve business operations and internal collaboration.
- Develop service levels relating to the processes of maintaining master data with the business.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Be outgoing and easily approachable to discuss issues as they arise.
- Demonstrated experience working with a medium to large size ERP system.
- High competency in MS365, ERP, CRM and advanced digital tool environment
- Working knowledge of and experience of data structuring and modelling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously where required, but still be part of a close-knit IT team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
