EQ is an Australian born protein snack company based out of Sydney.

Our vision is to take over the protein industry and in the process, help those in need in Australia. We donate one calorie per calorie sold and we ensure those around Australia get to eat.

We are growing rapidly and expanding and are looking for a second batcher between **6am and 3pm**.

Being a batcher requires concentration and attention to detail. You will be working with a range of ingredients from flour, protein, oats to preservatives as well.

You will need to individually measure out quantities and your job will involve you using scales very often.

It is important that you are adept at measuring and reading numbers. Familiar with units and able to switch between grams and kilograms.

It is essential that you are physically fit as you will need to lift heavy and stay on your feet for the majority of your shift.

We need people who are quick and efficient and are always looking for ways to evolve, make production more streamlined; Searching for ways to make their own job more simple and be effective with their own time.

If you have no batching experience we will teach you however the qualities above are essential.

There will be a trial shift for you to see what the position entails exactly to ensure you are suitable for the role, it will also give us an opportunity to assess you.

- Be available as if you don’t show the production stops
- Full time remuneration starts at $29.00 an hour.
- Overtime is available with penalties and potential weekend shifts
- We want to ensure you have progression available to you so as you build your value and are trained and improve over time we will ensure remuneration reviews are available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
