You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes, through: - Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans. - Quality and compliance driven outcomes to adhere to government contracts requirements. - Support job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce. - Helping employers to find the right person for the job, through reverse marketing and cold calling. - Using your strong interpersonal skills to proactively build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Provide important education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders. - Post placement support of job seekers and employers. - Please note: the role will be based 2 days in Richmond and 3 days in Penrith **Benefits of working with us**: - Competitive salary on offer + super + bonuses - 4 additional "You Days" per year - 1 additional day off a year to spend with your furry friend known as "Paws Leave" - Phone, Laptop, and cloud-based platform - $1000 professional development education allowances - National footprint - Growing within a connected, supportive workplace that values people first **Skills and Experiences**: About You - Experienced in Employment Services - You are a passionate and driven individual, who thrives in a high-performance culture - Strategic thinker and outcome orientate - Compliance and quality focused - Passionate about finding people employment and striving towards the success of all stakeholders - Strong network of local businesses, training and community organisations would be desirable - A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt - Strong relationship building and influencing skills - A team player - Valid driver's license - Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories.
