**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Floor Coordinator to join the team on our Executive Floor in a 9mth FTC capacity. You will be based in our impressive modern reception/ executive meeting area located above Westfield Sydney, where you will be responsible for meeting/greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting with a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of the Executive floor for our external and internal guests.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
- Management of the Executive floor alongside a team
- Setting up of meeting rooms & organising drinks/catering/events
- Assisting with IT troubleshooting - connecting Microsoft Teams meetings, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Oversight of all internal meeting rooms - meeting & event turnovers.
