**The Company**
Our client is an Accounting and Financial Planning firm based in the Melbourne CBD. They have a consultative approach and provide tailored advice to their clients across a diverse range of industries. They pride themselves on being hands-on and passionate with their clients.
**The Role**
They now have an opportunity for a dedicated Administrator to join their team. You would be responsible for providing support to a team of financial planners with opportunity to also help the accounting team.
This role is perfect for somebody who is forward-thinking and is eager for some variety in their next role.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting clients with queries they may have
- Scheduling meetings
- Drafting letters
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Preparing documents for any meetings
- Preparing and lodgement of client documents and forms
- Coordinating Statement of Advice documents
- Reception relief duties
- Processing client correspondence
- Following up action items
- Assisting the accounting team with general administration
**About You**
- Experience working in a financial services firm is essential for this position
- People skills, ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive attitude
- High attention to detail
