Junior Commercial Analyst

Liebherr Tower Cranes Division is experiencing significant growth throughout Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Analyst - Commercial Contract & Finance to join our team in Pyrmont. This role is pivotal in supporting both the Commercial Manager and the administration team by streamlining and automating workflows, supervising manual tasks, and contributing to overall financial operations and contract management.

The Junior Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of progress claims, invoice processing, and revenue management. Additionally, the position assists with budgeting and forecasting activities, making it integral to the financial health of the division. We are looking for a proactive and driven individual, passionate about delivering high-quality financial and commercial support, and dedicated to providing exceptional service at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely progress claims and invoices.
- Support Operations and Sales teams by managing tender documentation and purchase orders.
- Oversee national revenue streams and manage accounts receivable.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles through financial insights and analysis.
- Coordinate contract documentation and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance and mitigate exposure.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at automating and enhancing administrative processes.

**About you**:

- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Accounting/Finance graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Justice of Peace qualification and experience with Python & SQL for data analysis are desirable.
- Knowledge of contract negotiations, risk management, and process improvement is advantageous.
