**The Role**
Reporting to the Delivery and Engagement Officer, the Contract Administration Officer contributes to the team’s management of Employment or Skills services contracts. This includes undertaking various operational tasks in collaboration with State and National Office colleagues. Your contribution will support the Queensland State Office to enable access to quality skills training and employment to support Australians. Travel may be required across Queensland and interstate, sometimes overnight.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Contract Manager, responsibilities of the APS 4 level will include tasks such as:
- Supporting quality performance of program service providers through relationship management and decision making in accordance with contractual and legislative frameworks.
- Assessing and responding to moderately complex policy and contract queries, operational matters, system overrides, and claims for payment.
- Performing research and data analysis to enable accurate reporting and assessment, such as provider desktop monitoring and onsite visits (some overnight travel opportunities).
- Contributing positively to strategic planning, decision making, and organising workflow for the work area.
- Providing administrative support and secretariat duties for executive management, committees and working groups.
