**The Position**

We have a rare opening for a Pedagogy and Curriculum Leader for our North-East region.

In this position you will mentor, coach and support our Centre Educational Leaders across south east Queensland between approximately Glass House Mountains and Chermside. Our Head Office is in Shailer Park so you will be required to attend meetings there on a regular basis. With your ability to inspire, motivate and incite passion for our sector, you will aim to deliver the highest possible care and education training and mentoring to our teams for our families.

Your position details and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

- conduct regular scheduled visits to centres to ensure the adherence to company practices and processes across the service by all team members; and ensure focus in on continuous improvement
- during centre visits, monitor staff interactions to ensure that are in line with the EYLF and best practice
- coach, mentor and lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program and practice in their centre
- review current educational programs and documentation in the centres
- hold bi-monthly Educational Leader networking meetings

**Must Haves**

Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- experience working as a centre Director
- Have a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
