
Pedagogy Leader

Our school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to lead our pedagogy and learning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, implementation and evaluation of teaching and student learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the pedagogy and learning team to achieve high expectations of students and staff
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to increase student growth and achievement
- Collaborate with staff to drive the development of a high performance culture in the school
- Assume a senior leadership role and work closely with the Principal to achieve school goals
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Postgraduate qualification for a position of senior leadership in Catholic schools
- Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School and accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school
- Ability to enact leadership focused on living and sharing the Catholic faith
