Title: Residential Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Collaborate with certifiers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed according to the design and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities, including schedules, budgets, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management.
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
