Melbourne, Australia Equity Trustees Full time

We have a great opportunity for you to join our Operations & Oversight team. You will support the operational functions across our extensive clients and managed funds, serviced by the Corporate Trustee Services business unit.

**About the role**:

- Complete regular operational functionality including necessary filings with service providers, regulatory authorities or government bodies, in line with established processes
- Administer records for efficient operation, ensuring that filings are current and valid.
- Assist with fund-related expenses/invoices as required
- Document procedure manuals or guides as necessary and ensure ongoing maintenance
- Actively participate in recommendations for operational improvements
- Supply accurate and timely data to internal and external parties (e.g. administrators, platforms, researchers etc.) for all Funds
- Variety of ad-hoc tasks and lodgments
- Actively participate in project work
- Support the team and management in ad-hoc tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Financial Services industry experience well regarded
- Ability to complete set tasks fully and accurately
- Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of all requirements
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage a variety of simultaneous tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with a wide range of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good mathematical abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
