Lotus Dining Group is a leader in Sydney's dining scene, operating 7 modern Chinese restaurants across the Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Bowral. Our venues are celebrated for their innovative cuisine, signature dumplings, award-winning wine lists, and exquisite cocktails.

We’re on the hunt for an **experienced and motivated Operations Manager** to join our Executive Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee 7 venues and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving innovation and operational excellence.
