As our growth across Australia continues, we are now looking to build a new multidisciplinary team to provide supports to NDIS participants living in the Sutherland shire and Wollongong areas. To support our manager with building the team, we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with a passion for leadership. Whether you’re an experienced leader, or you may be looking for the opportunity to step into leadership on a permanent basis, we would love to hear from you

This role will require you to put your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of the participants on your caseload and foster the development of others as they join the team. You will...
- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to team members
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed occupational therapy services to participants in the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals

**Qualifications**:
To be considered suitable you will have:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
