**About the opportunity**:
Based in our North Sydney office, we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Scheduling Coordinator to join the team. You will be joining a close nit team who provide an outstanding service and results for our clients. As a Digital Scheduling Coordinator you will be the final checkpoint in the implementation of complex advertising campaigns across our digital network.
- Reviewing and verifying incoming booking and scheduling requests, ensuring the accuracy of data and information (material instructions, media files, asset type and location etc)
- Manage large volumes of campaigns and utilising various internal systems to cross-reference and confirm scheduling data
- Troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure successful campaign delivery - including liaison with internal teams and external 3_rd_ parties
- Build relationships and support internal stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required.

- Confident communicator who can liaise with teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results driven and is a problem solver
- Strong administrative and computer skills
