**JOB TITLE**: Trade Assist / Demo + Delivery

**Location**: Geebung / Red Hill / Various Onsite locations around Brisbane

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

**Reports To**: Project Coordinator / Directors

Align Kitchens is a family-run business building premium kitchens, bathrooms, and custom joinery across Brisbane since 1998. We manufacture every project in-house at our Geebung factory and showcase our design vision at our Red Hill showroom and café. Our team of skilled tradespeople, designers, and project managers work closely together to deliver outstanding craftsmanship and seamless service.

**Role Overview**

This hands-on, physically active role supports smooth delivery and installation of projects. You’ll be working closely with installers, trades, and project managers to ensure each job site is ready, materials are delivered on time, and everything is in place for a successful renovation or install.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Demolition**:

- Remove existing cabinetry, appliances, and surfaces.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain site cleanliness.

**Delivery**:

- Load and transport joinery from factory to site.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading.

**Site Preparation**:

- Install protective materials and/or building structures (floor/wall) before install.
- Keep job sites tidy and ready.

**Trade Assistance**:

- Assist installers with cabinetry positioning and assembly.
- Provide general support to keep projects running smoothly throughout onsite and warehouse operations.
- Be an extra set of hands in our warehouse or on-site to keep all projects running smoothly.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in construction, trade, or cabinetry.
- Ability to think through processes and identity where initiative is required; proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and future-proofing.
- Builder-level carpentry skills - can independently build internal walls/framing.
- White Card and valid driver’s licence required.
- Physically fit, able to handle heavy lifting.
- Communication and customer-service with clients on site.
- Own-tools required - open to discussion.
- Respectful, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Identifying how else you can contribute to the company.
