**The Company**

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so your ability to use common sense and work well in a team is second to none.

**About the Role**

We are looking for someone who thrives within a fast-paced and energetic team environment, delivering quality service to customers and staff.

This is a full-time role, based from TLE Electrical Artarmon.

Hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts also required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- General warehousing duties include checking and unloading inwards goods.
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product range.
- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and inquiries
- Liaison with suppliers
- Raising sales documentation in a prompt, legible and accurate manner
- Accurate invoicing; generating required credit notes, and debt collection.
- Stock control and assisting with stock counts.
- Assistance with additional tasks and Management requests as required.

**For this role, you will also need to have**:

- Have Australian/New Zealand citizenship / residency. (Sponsorship is not offered for this role - no temporary visas, unfortunately)
- Licensed operation of forklift (a nice to have)
- Full class-c driving licence
- Have at least SIX months of warehousing experience.
- Intermediate computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver excellent, quality customer service.
- Conscientious and Prompt
- Desire to succeed and learn new things.
- Team player
- Ability to work autonomously.
