**Job Description: Part-Time Warehouse Operations Assistant**

**About us**:
**Creative Film and Theatre Solutions** (CFATS) are the authorised distributors of ROSCO products that cater to the architectural, entertainment, film, television, and photography industries. We supply ROSCO lighting filters, LED fixtures, dichroic glass filters, lighting effects equipment, fog, and haze machines, flooring, scenic paint, green and blue screen paint, fire retardants, and backdrops for film, television, and broadcast.

**The Opportunity**:
CFATS has an opportunity for a **Part-Time Warehouse Operations Assistant** to work fromMonday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 based at our **Artarmon office**. This role is pivotal in managing the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries for our customers. You'll play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards in packing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**: Handle incoming orders, pick and pack goods accurately, and ensure timely shipping.
- **General Warehouse Duties**: Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, and arranging inventory.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure goods are organized, labelled, and restocked to maintain operational efficiency.
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**: Conduct lead generation and business development activities to identify potential customers and drive sales growth.
- **Workplace Safety**: Adhere to proper manual handling techniques and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing regular cleaning and ensuring hygiene and safety guidelines are followed.

**About You**:

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging in business development activities and customer interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various operational tasks.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move loads of up to 10kg.
- Self-motivated, displaying initiative, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, if needed.
- **Highly Valued**: Previous experience in photography, cinematography, or the retail environment will be highly regarded.
