We now have an exceptional opportunity within our company to join us as a State Operations Manager. This is where you come in
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, this role will see you facilitating the day to day management of inventory control procedures ensuring that the correct levels are maintained to provide 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Procuring and managing stock and maintaining accurate stock levels in the Warehouse.
Monitoring, directing, leading and coaching team members to improve performance
Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
Managing Customer order progression
Outstanding reliability, punctual and detail orientated
Safety conscious and able to facilitate and coordinate operation related duties
Natural people leader with an ability to build, train, mentor and lead a team
