Leading the team, maintaining a high service level, boosting The London’s status as Sydney's favourite Eastern Suburbs pub for a great meal, steak night, rugby matches & a friendly local Pub.

Reporting to the general Manager, in this role you will be:

- Working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted venue (restaurant, gaming & pub) with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service standards **Responsible for leading and developing a young team, training them around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relations** Manage the business like it's your own **Hands-on and operational, ** Manage POS (Jensen) & tills including troubleshooting, adding new items, running reports as required **Financial: Reconcile daily cash ups, maintain dailiy reporting, ** Manage beverage ordering and related cellar activities including stocking and beer line cleans. **Control stock and reduce stock losses in conjunction with fortnightly stock take reports** Have a full understanding of regulatory compliance across food, liquor ,gaming and WH&S **Meetings - attend weekly management meetings and maintaining excellent communication** Leading a team of approximately 30 **Providing exceptional service on a day to day basis**

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
