We are seeking a confident and passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique. This role will experience our unique and collaborative brand with progression opportunities, event participation as well as a strong and supportive community.

**_Role Intention_**

The Assistant Boutique Manager provides operational and team support to the Boutique Manager to ensure consistent and productive boutique performance. They support the team by modelling a tailored, informed, and memorable in-store experience and maintaining operational processes. The Assistant Boutique Manager is a leader in the By Charlotte business and upholds the brand spirit and culture in all aspects of the role.

**_ Tasks & Responsibilities_**

Customer Service:

- Assist in the execution of sales strategies as developed and briefed by the Boutique Manager
- Demonstrate an understanding of sales budgets and support the Boutique Manager in executing strategies for the team to achieve targets
- Deliver exceptional individual performance against sales and KPI targets and acts as the benchmark for product knowledge, brand ambassadorship, sales and customer service
- Review the store sales and KPIs on set rostered days and develop focuses to inspire and motivate the team to reach objectives
- Promote a customer-first sales culture, always prioritising the customer experience over operational tasks
- Work with the Boutique Manager on strategies to continually improve the customer experience and longevity

Coaching:

- Assist the Boutique Manager to offer targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations, and customer service. Develop best-in-business product and service experts
- Works with the Boutique Manager to execute performance development strategies that are prompt, constructive and brand-aligned
- Motivate and inspire the team, recognising high performance, effort, and progress
- Lead by example in upholding personal grooming and presentation standards per business guidelines

Operations:

- Actualise relevant policy and procedures and work with the Boutique manager to ensure team comprehension and compliance
- Uphold and execute business direction, promotions, sale setups, activations and company updates as briefed in coordination with the Boutique Manager
- Monitor rosters on set leadership days and make changes to ensure staffing meets the needs of traffic demands
- Own the Visual Merchandising processes of the store, acting as the key leader responsible for ensuring directives are executed accurately and promptly
- Accountability for the loss prevention practices of the store to maximise efficiency, and ensure stock accuracy
- Lead and take responsibility for stocktake planning and execution, working to deliver optimal shrinkage and stock accuracy results
- Train, develop and ensure team compliance with Policies & Procedures and OH&S legislation, operating as the P&P knowledge hub of the store

- Demonstrated leadership ability with 1 year of customer-facing store leadership experience
