**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operation to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will be a hands-on operator, using your knowledge and previous leadership experience to motivate, educate, and inspire a dedicated team. Working closely with the Kitchen and Front Office departments, we tackle challenges together with CARE at the forefront of everything we do.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong leadership skills with experience of managing F&B teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Guest service is in your DNA, you easily connect with a variety of people
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven, and a quick problem solver
- Knowledge of hospitality venue operations and the local dining scene
- Thoroughness and attention to detail are essential.
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- You have a current RSA and Food Handlers Certificate

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
