**How will I help?**

You will join Westpac Institutional Bank’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Engagement team, as an Associate Director, Contract Manager and have the privilege of partnering and working with a portfolio of key Public Sector clients.

You will be responsible for managing the contractual obligations of a portfolio of Public Sector clients and tasked with delivering on contract and project governance. You will manage the requirements of multiple internal and external stakeholders, be methodical in your approach to gathering information / tracking progress and be diligent in delivering to client expectations.

Role expectations:

- Managing governance and contractual obligations for a large organisation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Focused on process and correct protocols.
- Understand and interpret data and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engage as part of a culture that ensures risk and compliance are key considerations in any decisions made.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned Contract Manager, Relationship Manager or similar who has experience managing and meeting the needs of institutional banking clients, ideally within the GTS space.

You will have strong data analytical skills to understand and interpret data, and have the ability to independently prepare and deliver presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis.

You will have strong communication and change management skills and be well versed in using PowerPoint to create written and verbal presentations.

Some further advantageous skills:

- High level of attention to detail is essential.
- Experience with Transaction Banking products and services.
- Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of legal terms/clauses and how legal contracts work.
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and meet tight timelines.
