**Job Description**:
The WAREHOUSE Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan to ensure that the customer requirements are being met and that the budgeted profit result is being delivered. The Warehouse Manager is also accountable for all matters that affect the operation, and is expected to take clear and decisive action, quickly and professionally in accordance with the values and policies of the organisation.
- Implement the site’s safety and environmental compliance and manage the sites performance in accordance with the Pact TZH policies
- Manage the incoming stock quality and compliance in accordance with Pact’s Quality policy and customer requirements
- Manage the operational supply chain to meet the customer’s expectations and the operational budget
- Manages and improves the FMS fleet & warehousing efficiency across all sites in their scope
- Ensures Continues Improvement and Operational Excellence becomes part of the culture.
- Manage the performance and development of direct and indirect employees
- Performs regular reviews and coaches his/her team.
- Manage and/or supports capital related projects.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Mandatory:

- Minimum of 8 years employment background in a full warehousing operation, incl experience using scanners and other logistics technologies
- Familiarity and senior level ability with OH&S and safe work practices
- Logistics management of inbound/outbound transport
- Proven people management capabilities coupled with substantial supervisory experience and superior communication skills

Desirable:

- Waste, recycling and/or packaging industry background
- Experience in a large business high volume fleet & distribution environment
- Certificate III in Warehousing or other logistics qualifications
