Keane Ceramics is at the heart of Australia's vibrant ceramics scene, supplying clays, tools and equipment to studios, artists, and makers nationwide. We're seeking an energetic Retail Warehouse Lead to take charge of daily dispatch, stock flow, and a small but dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep our warehouse running smoothly while playing a key part in connecting makers with the materials they love.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensures the daily processing of all online orders, dispatch and fulfilment of all consignments and manifests.

● Works independently to solve any customer service issues in relation to out of stock items and customer order resoloution in a timely manner.

● Leads the picking and packing staff to fulfill all daily duties.

● Maintains an orderly warehouse, through cleaning, labeling, and stock organisation.

● Responsible for the upkeep of all packaging materials required for dispatch.

● Responsible for accepting all deliveries of stock into the warehouse and relaying this information onto the immediate manager.

● Contributes to the success of Keane Ceramics by ensuring orders are dispatched on-time, accurately and with the highest quality.

● Task delegation to pick packer staff to optimize their productivity while meeting all aspects of daily duties, WHS and company objectives.

● Train new staff in picking and packing to ensure competency.
