**About the company**:
Our client is looking for a Site Manager in Northern Beaches & Eastern Suburbs with a proven background in Architectural Residential to oversee projects from the $2- $5 million value.

**About the company**
Our client has completed a range of projects including; knockdown re-build, historic restoration, passive house, extensions including excavations, first floor additions, re-modelling and renovations. Their projects span across Sydney from the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Inner City to the Eastern suburbs.

**Duties**
- The ability to oversee projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of 4 people
- Implement improvements to the project program
- Ability to direct and maintain site safety
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager

**Essentials**
- 5+ years experience as a Site Foreman/Supervisor
- Driver's license and own car
- Excellent leadership skills, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to complete tasks within the required time frame
- Ensure that all work is completed to high standards
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail

**Preferred**
- Trade qualification
- Experience with overseeing residential high-rise projects of the $5 million value
